110 or Bust & Thinspo!

 Hipbones or cookies?
Gap between your thighs or cake?
Collarbones or sweets?
A flat stomach or treats?
Don't give up on perfection.
You are your only obstacle.

 This Beautiful Morning

Thank god I woke up early and found myself alone with the TV and Wii Fit! Oh, my joy can not be described. Weighed in at 112.9 this morning. Only 0.4 lbs of loss. It's just not good enough. It's Wednesday and I need to be 110 by Sunday, no later!! I probably only got like 5 hours of sleep and since the last thing I ate was really late I don't think that helped my weight today, but still, it should be better. But it's loss, so that's better than nothing.

Soldier on, skinny!

So I cut myself up an apple, ate half, grabbed a bottle of tea and went for a hike. I have now returned to finish the other half of the apple, give you ladies some lovely thinspo (I binged on thinspo last night again, hehe) and then move on to my workout.

  2. Mmm, legs <3 I've been craving them so much lately! I actually posted my leg thinspo last night because a post or two ago you got me thinking about them. Remember, any loss is progress. That number just keeps going down :)

  3. I literally spent my entire night reading your blog from start to present & I'm pretty sure that I'm in love with you! HA! We're the same height & that bums me out. The whole time I was reading you kept commenting on how short you were, so I assumed you were like 5' & that maybe the four inch difference made us look similar even though you're 20 pounds lighter than me right now, but NOPE! PSYCHE! We're the same height & I'm just fat =P No worries. Now that I'm back to blogging.....BY THE WAY, if you ever want to email me you can! My email is AWasteOfKate@gmail.com =)

  4. Sounds like a lovely morning. I wish there were hiking areas around my school Although I think later this evening I'll go for a walk through the arboretum. I used to do the 5km walk every day, but the winter was just a little bit too cold with my thin jacket, and I gave it up. Now that the weather is so nice, I think I'll take a leaf out of your book and go walking!
And don't worry about the small loss. Any loss is a loss! It all adds up.
    Grace and peace,
    Monika
